As expected, the steaks are outstanding, but the grill brings char to a whole bunch of dishes, including the grilled potato strands that were so good we can’t stop talking about it. Some of the sleeper hits are things that aren’t grilled at all, especially the crudos and the Kakigōri, a towering Japanese shaved ice dessert."
