This is true farm-to-table dining. You can literally see the farm where the ingredients in your meal were grown right from your table, so it really doesn’t get fresher than that. There’s also cooking classes, which introduce you to harvesting your own produce and herbs, then whipping up a delicious Mexican and Mediterranean-style meal.
