If you’re not stopping at Ganbara on your Pintxos tour around San Sebastian, you’re doing it wrong. It’s a place beloved by locals, raved about by travelers who come across the cozy restaurant (it’s a little tricky to find, which is a good thing) and it has a mushroom and wine list with a bunch of varietals from Rioja to boot.
