The jagged mountain peaks of the 14,000 foot Maroon Bells are perhaps one of the most iconic vistas in all of Colorado. Luckily, it’s not hard to see these beauties, you can either take a shuttle, drive a car or get some exercise and bike to the base. Details please: It can get pretty crowded here so plan to go early in the day or later. The shoulder seasons are also a great time for less crowds.
