We can’t think of a better duo than shopping on Passeig de Gracia, followed by wine and tapas at the famous Tapas 24. It gets busy in the afternoon and late evening here, but that’s because the tapas from Michelin-starred chef Carles Abellan draw people from all over the globe to try his creations and his own wine label.
