Once cooked through and crispy, a churero lifts the dough up with a pair of tongs and snips the circle into straw-length tubes that are then rolled in sugar. This historic churro spot is lit-er-ally open 24/7. Need we say more? There’s a handful of El Moro locations, but the original one is in Centro Histórico and is where you should try to go.
