One of the hottest restaurants in Soho, Charlie Bird is a crowd pleaser with its funky energy and Italian cuisine. Staples like carbonara and cacio e pepe are fantastic but if you feel like just sharing small plates, the wild-caught scallops, local burrata and prosciutto di parma are also the right move.
