The pasta here is almost as good as the real thing in Tuscany. Fiaschetteria pistoia has a history of making delicious pastas (since it began in Tuscany in 1890) and the best thing is that you can try it right in NYC. There’s also great Italian wines to sip and the charm of the restaurant simply can’t be beat.
