There’s no pizazz at the Red Rooster in Harlem, but that’s OK because there’s nothing to take away from the most delectable comfort food there ever was. Thanks to the talents of chef Marcus Samuelsoon, the Red Rooster has cemented itself as a landmark of Harlem that celebrates the diversity of the neighborhood through cuisine.
