There’s a lot of beauty to be seen in Santa Barbara, but who woulda thought that the Santa Barbara courthouse would be way up on the list for the most picturesque buildings on the American Riviera. Completed in 1929, the courthouse has everything from beautiful Spanish architecture and sunken gardens to a historic four-faced clock tower.
