La Strega is kind of a hidden gem when it comes to dining out in Las Vegas. The pretty Italian restaurant is located west of the strip, found in a completely transformed strip mall space. The dishes are a reflection of the chef’s travels and experience working in local kitchens in Italy so expect authentic Italian seafood, meats, pizzas and pastas enhanced with chef Gina Marinelli’s own little twist.
