The process couldn’t have been more simple. Here’s a little taste of our Palm Springs experience with chef Justin Jenkins from Iora Hospitality.
Course 1: Amuse Bouche of Handmade Sonoran Wheat Flatbread with Shishito peppers, Mushroom, Shawarma, and Parsley
Course 2: Greek Salad with crunchy lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta tossed with house vinaigrette; Israeli Couscous with grilled Italian eggplant and garlic confit
Course 3: Crisp and fluffy herbed falafel drizzled with tahini; Free-range chicken shawarma skewers marinated with yogurt and spices; Grilled broccolini topped with lemon zest and pine nuts
