An intimate, lush, hacienda-style resort with a top-notch spa. Located in La Jolla, it’s close in proximity to the cute shops and restaurants of La Jolla Village and is only about 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego and San Diego International Airport.
A beautiful, ocean-front resort in lower Los Angeles County, with expansive ocean views that will make you feel like you’re on the coast of Spain or Portugal. Terranea has multiple pools, including an adults-only option and a big family-friendly pool. It boasts several restaurant options, all with outdoor dining.
Right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the pier, as well as all the tasting rooms that downtown Santa Barbara has to offer (& McConnell’s Ice Cream)! It has large guest rooms and was fully renovated in 2018.
Located less than 2 hours from LA, Ojai Valley Inn has rolling hills, mountain views, and a golf course. It is also home to a very serene spa and multiple pools and offers bicycles for guests to use.
Carmel Valley Ranch spans 500 acres in the Carmel Valley, about 15-20 minutes from the idyllic town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The property includes lavender fields, honeybees, and hiking trails. Book a suite with an outdoor soaking tub if possible!
