Check out some of the best local brews along with live music at Stowe Cider – one of the area’s best breweries with a lively atmosphere and incredible local beer selections. Plus, each sip and sound can be savored fireside, with local crowds gathering around the venue’s fireplace for live music each weekend.
If you’re into scenic short drives, a day trip to Woodstock, Vermont is a must. You’ll fall in love with the beautifully decorated houses, quaint streets filled with shopping, cute restaurants, and the prettiest views. It is an IG-famous town for a reason, so don’t forget to snap a few pics for the gram while you’re there!
If you’re here for the highland cows, this is the place for you. Pay a visit to the Trapp Family Lodge – which is still owned and operated by members of the famous Von Trapp family – and enjoy the insanely beautiful highland cattle along with other activities around the property. The cows are cute as ever and the views are simply stunning.
Experienced hiker or not, a walk through the Stowe Pinnacle Trail will quite literally be the pinnacle of your trip. Although steep and somewhat challenging, the 3.6-mile trail full of fall foliage is well worth hiking, especially once you reach its gorgeous summit.
