We're absolutely MAD about this NYC bistro's current theme, and we have to share it with you before it vanishes down the rabbit hole!
Oscar Wilde is known to be a little wild with its themes and decor. Fondly named after the famous poet and playwright, this Victorian-style restaurant and bar not only crafts imaginative and exquisite cocktails but also consistently reinvents its setting. Since they're always changing things up, it's unlikely you'll ever have the same experience twice.
Until the end of September they're immersing guests in the enchanting and mystical world of Alice in Wonderland.
Stepping inside transports you from the hustle of New York City to a Victorian bar adorned with a riot of colorful florals, mushrooms, and butterflies. You can even snap a photo with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum or join in for a tea-time that would earn the Mad Hatter's approval (Saturdays & Sundays from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM).
Not in town this month? Fear not, or actually, be very afraid- October will be a spooky change of scenery for the ghouls and gals who love a good theme. Yes, you guessed it—Halloween decor will take center stage, and if past years are any indication, Oscar Wilde is bound to leave us all bewitched.
